With many customers frustrated over double-digit receipts while ordering from fast-food restaurants, McDonald’s is exploring a $5 value meal nationwide. Two people familiar with the plan say it would include four-piece chicken McNuggets, a choice of a McChicken or McDouble, fries and a drink.
The fast food chain may be rolling out a five-buck value meal in the near future, according to Bloomberg, as many fast food chains respond to tough feedback from customers about rising prices. But as you'll see in some of these videos, it's not just fast food prices causing people to reassess their purchases.
I am like several of these folks. I do shop at multiple places because I've learned which items I use are cheaper there...plus BOGO sales are huge. Free apps like FLIPP which help you find the items you want at the lowest grocery prices in your area have been very helpful to me (you should try it!)
