An Australian shepherd found a howl of a perfect Halloween costume. Aliyah Buksh shared video of her dog, River, dressed up as an ambulance. After some encouragement from his owner, River even howls along with the ambulance siren. The Halloween costume consists of a Styrofoam box decorated to look like an ambulance that fits over the pup’s torso, and a blinking red collar that emits a noise like a siren
