Michael Phelps has become the most decorated Olympian in history.  He won his first individual gold in London in the 200 individual medley on Thursday (8/2), making him the first man to win the same individual event at three consecutive Olympics.

Apparently, there's malware out there that is going to cause some computers to be "locked out" of the Internet on Monday.  FBI says it's been lurking for a year or so.  Two things; first, go to this site and check to see if your computer passes the test (a simple screen wil immediately let you know.) http://www.dns-ok.us/  If you are infected, or if on Monday you haev no connection to the Internet, don't panic - your Internet Provider can fix it for you.  Happy surfing!

Normally one of the brightest objects in the early morning or evening sky, Venus will appear merely as a black dot as it crosses in front of the sun.  It doesn't happen often, so if you miss this one, you'll have to wait 105 years.
