If you know you're going to get graded on your performance, don't you do a little better?  YES! And its this philosophy that will return the "service" to customer service.

It really wasn't something I thought about a few years ago.  If I had a good experience at a restaurant, shop, hotel, etc... I would certainly tell my friends.  But, I never thought to log on and review.

But now... that has changed.  With all of the websites, apps, etc out there that I use on a daily basis... and I read reviews on these apps it's time to give back.  Not only does it put some good consumer karma out there... but when it comes time for someone else to wonder about a restaurant or hotel... my review will be there to help save worry and time.

So, next time your on Amazon, TripAdvisor, or Yelp... you just may be hearing from me.
