When I looked over the Mrs Carter world tour rider for Beyonce's backstage... I noticed something. Listed on the MUST HAVES were titanium straws. Wait...what? Titanium is EXPENSIVE... and she wants to drink her Pepsi through a metal straw? That's fancy!
But actually... its a trend that is catching on for two reasons.
1. No BPAs from the plastic straws
2. Environmentally friendly... reusable.
But I've also heard of people chipping their teeth (ouch). Plus, metal in my mouth makes me think of the Dentist. No fun.
But hey... I'll give it a try if offered one. Why not?!

You need to watch out for infection, allergic reaction, irritation,

Is Aloe really good for burns?
My grandmother used to keep an aloe plant in her kitchen
window. And whenever we would have a burn she would pluck off a leaf and squeeze out some aloe to sooth the pain. Sad thing is… it’s not very good
Yes… it soothes, but it isn’t antibacterial. If put on an open wound it could actually
infect the burn.

How to keep your berries fresh
Don’t you just hate it when you buy some fresh berries… trying to
be healthy and all, and they go bad within a few days. Now, finally… a few easy and natural steps to keep your berries fresh for days, possibly even weeks.
Take 1 part vinegar…add to 3 parts water. Soak the berries for a minute and then wash
off with cool water. The vinegar is a natural disinfectant and mold killer.
Be sure to dry them thoroughly and store them in a paper towel lined container.
Enjoy your fresh berries…for a lot longer.
